Booking and Refund Policy

Properties can be booked with a 20% deposit.

Final payment must be made in full no less than 28 days prior to check-in.

Bookings taken within 28 days of check-in will require full payment.

All payments are non-refundable.

Alternative dates may be offered at the owner's discretion.

Please kindly note - appropriate charges will be made, at our discretion, for any damage to a property, it's contents, damaged laundry or unauthorised guests or pets.
